What is CustomModel?

CustomModel is an AI chatbot for business. You add your own content, and the model answers customer questions from it, with the source shown, on your website or through an API.

Does the chatbot make things up?

No. Answers come only from your content and every reply shows the passage behind it. If your content does not contain the answer, the model says so.

Is a new model trained on my content?

No. CustomModel indexes your content and answers from it, so no new model weights are trained. Updating your content updates the answers.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Add your content, test it, and paste one script tag into your site. The API is optional.

What can I add as content?

Pasted text, uploaded documents, and pages from your help center or website. Starter holds 500 content pages, Growth 10,000, and Enterprise 50,000.

What happens when the chatbot cannot answer?

The customer is handed to your team with the full question, so nobody has to repeat it.

Which plans include the API?

Growth and Enterprise include API access. Starter includes the website widget only.

How much does it cost?

Starter is $49 a month, Growth is $199, and Enterprise is $599. Yearly billing takes 50 percent off. See chatbot pricing for details.

Can I use it without paying?

No. You can run the demo on your own content without an account. All plans are subscriptions.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
