Terms of Service

CustomModel lets you add content and receive answers generated from that content through a website widget and, on eligible plans, an API. The service indexes your content and does not train new model weights.

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Each plan includes a monthly number of answers, models, content pages, and seats. Usage is counted for the billing period, and deleting a model does not restore its usage.

You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

You keep ownership of the content you add. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You grant us the permission needed to index it and answer questions with it.

Do not use the service to break the law, to send abusive content, to attempt to bypass limits, or to interfere with the service or other accounts.

Answers are generated from your content and may contain errors. Check important answers against the cited source. You are responsible for how you use the answers in your business.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
